We are proud to present our flagship entry to the craft Wine scene! Provided with a medium toast our 15-gallon barrels will allow you to get your product to the shelf more quickly! The increased surface area to volume ratio gives a greater impact of flavor and filtering of the wine in a fraction of the time of a traditional 60 gallon whisky barrel. The smaller volume of wine needed to barrel makes this an excellent option for R&D or for a home wine maker! Other toast options are available upon request. We’ve developed our proprietary toasting operation based on a series of Infrared Heating elements. This allows for greater control of the temperature inside the barrel. Giving a much more consistent toast to the oak and greatly increasing our repeatability of caramelization. Which will help maintain the quality and consistency of your products!

Our standard air aging time for our staves starts at 6 Months. We have a selection of aged material at 12, 18, and 24 months available. Please contact us for availability and pricing!
