Handcrafted in the Mountains of Appalachia our 5gal Oak Barrels are made with high quality White Oak sourced local from Western North Carolina. Our handcrafted Barrels start life as harvested timber from the Mountains of Western North Carolina. Our facility is full scope, stump to finished product location. We process the timber into stave and heading material, air age the material in our holding yard, then process the material in our Cooperage.
We toast and char our barrels to our standard Medium Toast and Char #3, though customization is available upon request.
Our Barrels come standard with black hoop steel.
We can install stainless-steel spigots upon request as well as stands
